Academic Strategic Planning: Progress We’ve Made, More to Come

We have made substantial progress in gathering information from so many members of the community as we all work towards an update to the academic strategic plan. The three pillar groups – Research and Creative Excellence, Educational Excellence and Student Success, and Public Impact – came up with their recommendations, which were shared with the cross-functional groups to help inform their work.

Please review the following ways to get involved and review what has happened so far in the process: attend an engagement session, take a survey Where submit your comments.

And, if you didn’t catch it in SU Today, check out the Podcast “Cuse Conversations” with Gretchen Ritter, Vice-Chancellor, Provost and Director of Academics, and Jamie Winders, Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs, who discuss revamping the University’s academic strategic plan. In “Exploring the future of Syracuse University through the Academic Strategic Plan: “A roadmap to the future that we are collectively creating”,They explain how the updated plan will prepare Syracuse University for lasting success.
